These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of FootyWow, including footywow.com, the FootyWow Android app, the FootyWow Customer Hub, free football content, paid Premium football predictions, football prediction tools, favourites, email notifications, account features, subscriptions, payments and related services.
By accessing or using FootyWow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FootyWow.

2. Age requirement
FootyWow is intended for users who are 18 years or older.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, use app account features, save favourites, receive prediction-related notifications, or use any feature that refers to football odds, probabilities or prediction-related football information.
By using FootyWow, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. What FootyWow provides
FootyWow provides football-related information and services, including fixtures, statistics, predictions, probabilities, score tips, ELO ratings, football analysis, odds references, favourites, email notifications and paid Premium predictions selected by FootyWow’s Premium qualification policy.
FootyWow is an informational football analysis service. It is not a bookmaker, gambling operator, casino, betting exchange, lottery provider, financial adviser or legal adviser.
4. No betting or financial advice
All predictions, tips, probabilities, odds references, ratings, rankings and football analysis on FootyWow are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
FootyWow does not guarantee:
- that any prediction will be correct;
- that any match outcome will occur;
- that any odds will be available;
- that any information will be complete, current or error-free;
- that use of FootyWow will result in profit or avoid loss.
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on FootyWow content.
If you choose to gamble, you must comply with the laws of your country and use only licensed operators where gambling is legal. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
5. Responsible use
Football predictions can be wrong. Odds can change quickly. Football matches are uncertain and affected by many factors outside our control.
If gambling is causing stress, financial problems or loss of control, stop using betting-related content and seek help from a qualified support organisation.
FootyWow encourages responsible use and does not encourage excessive gambling.
6. Accounts
You may need an account to use some features, including favourites, email notification preferences, app account features, data export or account deletion.
You agree to:
- provide accurate account information;
- keep your login details secure;
- not share your account with unauthorised persons;
- notify us if you suspect unauthorised access;
- not create accounts for abuse, scraping, fraud or unlawful activity.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm the service, abuse systems, attempt unauthorised access, misuse content, or create legal or security risk.
7. Favourites and notifications
FootyWow may allow you to save favourite fixtures, teams, leagues or other items and receive email notifications.
Notifications are provided for convenience only. We do not guarantee delivery, timing, completeness or accuracy of any notification. You remain responsible for checking official match information and your own settings.
You can turn email notifications for saved favourites on or off in your account settings.
8. Paid Premium subscriptions
FootyWow offers paid recurring Premium subscriptions that provide access to selected Premium football predictions, exact-policy historical proof, forward-ledger information and related Premium account features.
Available billing periods may include Monthly, Quarterly (three-month) and Annual plans. The current price, currency, billing period, payment provider and any founding-price offer are shown before you confirm purchase.
8.1 Automatic renewal
Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until renewal is cancelled, unless the checkout or plan description expressly states otherwise. By subscribing, you authorise the selected payment provider to collect each recurring payment.
8.2 Cancellation and access
You can cancel future renewal through the available controls in My FootyWow or through the applicable payment provider where that option is available. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally does not end access immediately. Premium access generally continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Deleting your FootyWow account is separate from cancelling a subscription. You should cancel renewal before requesting account deletion. If you cannot access the cancellation controls, contact FootyWow through the contact page.
8.3 Plan changes, failed payments and founding prices
Where plan switching is available, any new price, billing period and effective date should be shown before confirmation. Failed, reversed, disputed or expired payments may cause Premium access to be suspended or ended.
If a founding-price promise is expressly displayed when you subscribe, it applies according to the wording shown at purchase and requires the eligible subscription to remain continuously active. Cancellation, expiry, failed-payment termination or an ineligible plan change may end that price protection.
8.4 Withdrawal rights and refunds
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Depending on your country and the circumstances, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online service contract or a right to a remedy when a digital service is defective or not supplied as agreed.
To request withdrawal, a refund or another remedy, contact FootyWow promptly through the contact page and include the account email, payment provider, payment date and reason for the request. We will assess the request under applicable law and the payment-provider rules.
Outside mandatory rights, refunds are not automatic merely because a football prediction was incorrect or because the user did not use the service. We may approve refunds or account credits for duplicate or unauthorised charges, material technical failure preventing paid access, or other justified cases.
9. Payment providers and billing records
Payments may be processed by Stripe, PayPal or another provider identified at checkout. FootyWow does not store complete card numbers or your PayPal password. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own terms and privacy notices.
FootyWow may receive and retain transaction and subscription information such as provider identifiers, plan, amount, currency, payment status, renewal date, cancellation status, webhook events and records needed for accounting, fraud prevention, support, disputes and legal compliance.
10. Account export and deletion
You may export your user data or request account deletion through the app or website.

Account deletion does not by itself guarantee cancellation of an active Stripe or PayPal billing agreement. Cancel future renewal first through My FootyWow or the payment provider. FootyWow may retain subscription, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, security and dispute records where required by law or necessary for legitimate business records.
11. Intellectual property
FootyWow content, design, branding, software, databases, data compilations, layouts, text, graphics, logos and analysis are protected by intellectual property and database rights.
You may use FootyWow for personal, non-commercial use only, unless we give written permission.
You must not:
- copy, republish, sell, scrape, redistribute or commercially exploit FootyWow content;
- use automated systems to extract data;
- reverse engineer or interfere with the service;
- remove copyright, branding or legal notices;
- use FootyWow trademarks without permission.
12. Third-party data and links
FootyWow may use or refer to third-party football data, odds information, public sources, APIs, app stores, authentication services or other websites.
Third-party information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services.
13. Advertising, affiliate links and sponsorships
FootyWow may display advertising, including advertising supplied through Google AdSense or other disclosed advertising providers. Advertising is separate from Premium subscription access.
FootyWow does not currently operate as a bookmaker and does not accept wagers or hold betting funds. If sponsored placements, affiliate links or bookmaker-related links are introduced, they should be clearly disclosed and the relevant legal and privacy information should be updated.
14. Prohibited use
You must not use FootyWow to:
- break any law or regulation;
- access the service if you are under 18;
- abuse, overload, attack or disrupt the service;
- scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk download data without permission;
- bypass account limits, security controls or access restrictions;
- share restricted content publicly or commercially;
- upload malware or harmful code;
- impersonate another person;
- use the service for fraud, spam or unauthorised commercial activity.
15. Availability and changes
FootyWow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, exact fixture timing, complete data coverage, continuous app availability or compatibility with every device.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FootyWow makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, availability, completeness or suitability of the service or content.
FootyWow is not responsible for losses arising from:
- reliance on predictions, tips, odds or statistics;
- incorrect or delayed football data;
- app or website downtime;
- user decisions, including gambling decisions;
- third-party websites, platforms or services;
- unauthorised account access caused by user failure to protect login details.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FootyWow and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or loss-of-profit damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under Swedish or EU law.
18. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using FootyWow, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed as described there.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice through the website, app, account area or other appropriate means.
Your continued use of FootyWow after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law rules.
If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.
Any dispute should first be raised with us through https://footywow.com/contact/ so we can try to resolve it.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be handled by the competent Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
