2. Age restriction
FootyWow is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, use the app account features, save favourites, receive prediction-related notifications, or use any service feature that refers to football odds, probabilities or prediction-related football information.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a person under 18 has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
3. Personal data we collect
We may collect the following categories of personal data depending on how you use FootyWow.
3.1 Account data
When you create or use a FootyWow account, we may process:
- name or display name, if provided;
- email address;
- login identifiers;
- authentication provider information, such as Google login information if you choose Google login;
- password hash, if password login is used;
- account status;
- account creation date;
- login history and session information;
- account settings and preferences.
We do not store your Google password or the password for any third-party login provider.
3.2 Customer Hub, favourites and app data
When you use the website, app or Customer Hub, we may process:
- saved favourite fixtures, teams, leagues or other saved items;
- email notification preferences for saved favourites;
- app and account settings;
- activity linked to your account, such as when you save or remove a favourite;
- user data export requests;
- account deletion requests;

3.3 Website and app usage data

You can turn email notifications for saved favourites on or off in your FootyWow account settings.
3.5 Analytics data
FootyWow currently uses Google Analytics and Independent Analytics to understand traffic, usage, page performance and visitor behaviour in aggregated or statistical form.

- device and browser information;

- app or website usage events;

FootyWow does not currently sell premium predictions, paid subscriptions, paid app features, memberships, payments or in-app purchases.
We do not currently process payment data through the website or app.

3.7 Advertising, affiliate and bookmaker data
FootyWow does not currently display ads, bookmaker links, betting affiliate links, sponsorships or similar commercial partner links on the website or Android app.

- directly from you when you create an account, contact us, save favourites, change settings, request data export or delete your account;

5. Why we process personal data and legal bases
We process personal data only when we have a legal basis.

FootyWow provides football statistics, predictions, probabilities, model outputs, ELO information, form analysis, odds references and related football information.

Some predictions and rankings may be generated or supported by automated systems. These outputs do not make legally binding decisions about you and are not intended to have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
7. Who we share personal data with
We do not sell personal data.
We may share personal data with trusted service providers when necessary to operate FootyWow, including:
- hosting and infrastructure providers;

FootyWow does not currently use ad networks, bookmaker affiliate networks or payment processors for website/app monetisation.

When you request deletion, we will delete or anonymise account data that is no longer needed. Some data may be retained where required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legitimate business records.

FootyWow may link to third-party websites, football data providers, app stores, authentication services, social media platforms or other websites. Their services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
